Any proposal, estimate, description of services, pricing, timeline, or statement of work provided by Digital Assistants is subject to the specific terms stated in that document and any applicable written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website descriptions of AI agents and services are general summaries and do not create binding obligations, guarantees, service levels, deliverables, or warranties.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Digital Assistants, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

10. Confidentiality

Information submitted through public website forms is not automatically treated as confidential unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

If you wish to share confidential business, technical, security, infrastructure, source code, data, architecture, or project information with us, you should first enter into an appropriate nondisclosure agreement or other written agreement with Global Quality Partners, LLC.

Unless expressly agreed in a signed written agreement, we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, cost savings, compliance status, or technical result from use of our AI agents.

13. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
